DALMON Property Management is located in Novato, the Northern end of Marin County, and locally owned by a Marin County Native. We serve a growing need for a professional property management company that specializes in residential properties only.
We provide unlimited services to investment property owners. Our strengths are in real estate management and leasing. Dalmon Property Management delivers prompt and reliable service to owners and other professionals who serve owners (e.g. accountants, attorneys, auditors, brokers, contractors, vendors, et.al.).
We are constantly subscribing to, or attending real estate seminars, national conventions, associations, and professional publications in order to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing legislation, liabilities, rules and regulations pertaining to property owners’ and tenants’ rights.
Dalmon Property Management
is owned by Joseph Dalmon, RMP. Joe is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, and past President of the Marin/Sonoma Chapter of the “National Association of Residential Property Managers’ (NARPM). Dalmon Property Management has been a fixture on Grant Avenue in downtown Novato for several years.
Joe spent time honing his Property Management skills as a Property Manager for Melissa Prandi, MPM, of Prandi Property Management, where he managed a large portfolio of single family homes, condominiums, apartment complexes, and light retail. Joe has been active in Property Management since 1997.
